Frequently Asked
Is this actually legal?
I'm about 75% sure.
Do we have to get married in a specific county to do this?
No. A Florida marriage license issued by any Florida county is valid for a ceremony performed anywhere in the state.
How fast can this really happen?
If both of you are non-Florida residents, about 2 business hours. If one or both of you are a resident, add another hour or two.
What does "same-day" cost?
No surcharge beyond my standard rush booking fee ($75, automatic for any date within 7 days). Packages start at $199.
Can we get married the same day we land in Florida?
Yes. Some couples fly in, apply from the hotel, take the virtual meeting poolside, and are married by dinner.
