- ✓No minor children (under 18) or dependent children
- ✓Neither spouse is pregnant
- ✓Neither spouse seeks alimony
- ✓Both willing to waive rights to trial and appeal
- ✓Both will appear together at final hearing
- ✓Property division already agreed upon

You qualify if:
- ✓Both spouses agree on everything (uncontested)
- ✓Has minor children, pregnancy, alimony, or complex property
- ✓Both parties are cooperating (not contested)
